How long will it take to receive my order ?
Many of our products are kept in stock and will ship out within 1 to 2 business days. However, any product marked as ***Special Order*** will not typically ship out for about 3 to 5 business days (typically, about a week). If you are ordering near a weekend or holiday, be aware that your order will not ship out until after the weekend or holiday. Please NOTE that we are in Boulder Creek, California! So, after your order ships, it will take anywhere from 1 or 2 days to about one week to get to you, depending on how far you are from California and what method of shipping you choose. We currently offer just 1 option for shipping: Standard. Standard shipping will take from 2 to 4 days to ship to you (AFTER we ship your package) - we use USPS Priority Mail as our Standard Shipping. We do not offer expedited shipping because USPS Express Mail is much more expensive and only gets your package delivered 1 day faster (on average) - so we just don't offer Expedited Shipping any longer.
Can I return any item I purchase for a full refund?
The short answer is, "No." - any item that qualifies to be returned will have NO re-stocking fee charge. But note that not all items can be returned - the description of the item will indicate if it cannot be returned - mostly, this applies to any FINAL SALE item. Also, christening and communion items can only be returned for an EXCHANGE - in this case, there is no re-stocking fee charged. The shipping cost for any item(s) sent back for a return or an exchange must be paid for by the customer. For a full description, please read our Returns / Exchange Information page.
I live near Scotts Valley - may I visit your store?
DapperLads is primarily an online store with a warehouse that is not open to the public. Some lines are carried in a couple of local children's stores and clearance items are sold below wholesale once a month at a local flea market. Contact us if you are interested in more information.
Do you have a catalog?
There is no print catalog for DapperLads . Most items are displayed here on the website, which is updated and changed regularly for new arrivals or to remove sold-out products.
Do you really offer 100% satisfaction?
Absolutely! You'll learn that our Guarantee of Satisfaction policy is intended to make sure you are completely satisfied. That is why we will either offer you an exchange OR we will simply offer you a complete refund, with the exception of the Shipping and Handling costs. You are also responsible for shipping the item back to us, with the clothes in their original condition, and not having been worn. Our guarantee is good for 10 days after you receive your purchase.
How can I pay for the products I order?
We only accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) for payment of your order. If you want to order by credit card, but don't feel comfortable using the Internet, no problem! Simply call us at 1-831-600-7361 and leave a message - we'll call you back and take your order over the phone!
Will you sell my personal information to anyone?
Absolutely NOT! You can read about our Privacy Policy and feel satisfied that your personal information will never be given or sold to anybody else for any reason. This information is kept in strict confidence - we will never misuse or abuse your personal, private information.
Is it safe to use my credit card at DapperLads?
Yes! You never have to worry about the safety of using your credit card when shopping here at DapperLads . Period.

We guarantee that buying something here at DapperLads with your credit card will be 100% safe. This means you will pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your credit card because you used it to buy something from DapperLads .

When you purchase something from us, we provide you with the option of using our Secure Server, which uses SSL technology to encrypt all of your personal information (such as credit card number, name, address, etc.) so that it cannot be read as the information is transmitted over the Internet. We also use Authorize.Net as our payment gateway processor - you can verify our use of Authorize.Net by clicking on their Official Verified Merchant seal below:

According to the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank can not hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. To convince you that we are serious about making sure you risk nothing, DapperLads will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00, if your bank decides to hold you liable for any of the $50.00 - but this offer is only good if your credit card was used in a fraudulent manner through no fault of your own when making a purchase from DapperLads using our Secure Server option.
